Producer to Plate

Producer to Plate is really important to chefs when choosing menus to suit our clients, from coffee breaks and casual lunches to glamorous gala dinners. We are lucky to live on an island with a rich agricultural history making it easy to access fresh seafood and organic produce including meat and dairy. Making great meals means using great ingredients which is why we take great care in choosing our suppliers. We’re happy to work with you to come up with the perfect menu for your event.

World Class Suppliers

Wherever possible, we try to use only local and sustainable suppliers.  From our ethically sourced Red Bean Roastery Coffee beans, organic Irish smoked salmon to our fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers.

Sustainable Catering

We have found ways to improve our waste management to minimise the effect on our waste systems. You will find we use ceramic mugs, glasses and reusable cutlery where possible.  We can also offer buffet options that can help reduce packaging and single-use plastics.

Dining in Belfast

Belfast has become a gastronomic delight!  Offering a total of three Michelin star restaurants, as well as a host of other restaurants producing first-class local Irish cuisine.

The Muddlers Club

Located down a quiet street in Belfast’s bustling Cathedral Quarter you will find this little gem.  Using fresh local ingredients is at the heart of this restaurant as well as their open kitchen providing excellent entertainment value as well.

Eipic

Eipic is part of Michael Deane’s restaurant group in Belfast. The restaurant has three key menus to choose from and also offers exceptional wine pairing. Located on Howard Street, this restaurant focuses on local produce and seasonality.

Ox

Located close to River Lagan, Ox offers modern Irish cuisine with a carefully combined wine list, featuring local microbreweries and exciting wine makers.

Other Belfast restaurants we would recommend while visiting the city are James Street, Deane’s at Queens, Home and Zen.
