The cardio equipment in the gym includes treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and x-trainers. It provides an array of upper and lower body modular equipment and the dumbbell selection reaches up to 40kg in the designated free weights area. There is also an area dedicated for stretching and improving flexibility.
The fully qualified fitness team believes in applying the personal touch and are there to help you with every step of the way. Personalised fitness plans are offered as part of your membership package and these can be developed and updated in accordance with your goals.
The gym at Clayton Hotel Belfast has a designated studio for classes and offer over twenty classes a week to suit everybody’s fitness. All classes are included in the membership package and are also available for guests staying in the hotel. The studio can also be hired for private use.
